- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generation
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of sales experience, internships welcome
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- High comfort with video conferencing and digital sales tools
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven mindset
