Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling and email outreach during night hours.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present compelling solutions to prospective customers.
- Close sales over the phone, exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and update the CRM database accurately to track pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST/PST).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for uncapped commission income.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
