Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting on progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (SF & NC).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
