Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities in Oklahoma City and Texas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through qualification and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update lead statuses, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine lead targeting and campaign messaging.
- Participate in daily sales huddles to share market insights and celebrate wins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a drive to earn a high income through a base + bonus structure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team events or client meetings within the Oklahoma/Texas region.
