Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients via phone and email to identify their needs and present solutions that drive value. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and handle objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related field (hiring graduates with high energy is also considered).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client visits if needed).
