Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within a defined territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via Zoom and phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Resolve client inquiries and objections to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
