Your Mission:
As a Weekend Inside Sales Rep, you will be the face of Apex Growth Solutions during our peak sales hours. You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during weekend shifts.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and company requirements.
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday sales team to ensure seamless account management.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
