Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads via cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations with prospective clients.
- Present product demos and negotiate pricing to secure contracts.
- Manage a robust pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST).
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
