Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships within assigned territory
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 30-40% within Texas region
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferred
