Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities via phone, email, and CRM
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in nightly team huddles to align on goals and share best practices
- Develop deep product expertise to address technical client inquiries
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in remote environments
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Available to work 8 PM - 5 AM CST Monday-Friday (flexible scheduling possible)
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Track record of exceeding KPIs in metrics-driven sales roles
