Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and customer success teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or outbound calling.
- Dialer Proficiency: Comfortable using dialer software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; self-motivated and competitive.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
