Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through style consultations and product knowledge
- Drive sales achievement through upselling techniques and visual merchandising
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute floor plans and visual merchandising standards daily
- Build client relationships through personalized follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve store sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and fashion sense
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
