Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and actively recommend items to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory organization, restocking, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications.
