Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Drive sales revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's CRM and POS systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective store and regional goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior sales experience is necessary. We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and quick learning aptitude.
- Reliable transportation is a must for this role.
