Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls to demonstrate product value and overcome objections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
