Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage a portfolio of client relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to potential customers in Virginia and North Carolina.
- Close sales deals and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries with a professional and consultative approach.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we train the right attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts or rotating shifts).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
