Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Growth: Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and actively promote our value propositions to drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to answer questions confidently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to maintain a high-energy, organized store environment.
- Operations Support: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness standards.
- Feedback Collection: Share customer insights and feedback with the management team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customers.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve personal and team goals.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems (training provided).
