Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Track daily sales activities and manage a pipeline of potential clients using CRM software.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- 0-1 year of sales or customer service experience is preferred, but no prior experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive nature.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
