Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Prospect and engage with local businesses through in-person visits, cold calling, and networking events
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close new business deals
- Manage existing client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Submit weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales or field sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong local market knowledge of El Paso business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
