Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the Fresno area.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their specific needs.
- Present product demonstrations and explain pricing models to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales floor to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (minimum 1 year experience).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to earn uncapped commissions.
