Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and overcome objections.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and strategies.
- Document all client interactions and follow up diligently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn a commission-based income.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
