Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs via virtual demos
- Document sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage pipeline effectively
- Strong time management with ability to handle 50+ outbound calls/day
- Valid driver's license (occasional local client meetings)
