Responsibilities
- Prospect & Develop: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community engagement within the Houston and Ohio territories.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Explore new market segments and identify strategic partnerships to expand our market share.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Travel: Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (MVR). Must be willing to travel.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable with a strong desire to succeed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
