Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients using CRM and sales automation tools
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy for pipeline management
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in commission-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST with occasional after-hours client meetings
