Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach

- Familiarity with Tampa Bay business landscape preferred
