Responsibilities
- Execute front-of-store operations, including processing sales transactions and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Perform comprehensive night stocking, inventory counts, and facility maintenance to ensure readiness for morning operations.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Uphold store standards by keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Adhere to strict company security protocols and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to communicate inventory needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in mathematical calculations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
