Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools and databases to identify and qualify new business leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospective customers to present company solutions, address inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We are looking for trainability and attitude.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive writing abilities.
- Software: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn internal sales software.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-energy team environment.
