Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to satisfy their expectations with our products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
