Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, establishing a connection to understand their needs.
- Product knowledge demonstrations to effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer feedback to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage the sales floor efficiently, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales environment.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required by the shift schedule.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
