Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to potential clients in the Columbus area.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM software.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to refine techniques and share market insights.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or inside sales (call center experience a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle for local client meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
