Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads and close deals across multiple industries
- Nurture client relationships through personalized follow-ups and consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using data-driven strategies and CRM optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for complex client needs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise on our service offerings
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client accounts strategically
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via phone/video
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle objections and close deals remotely
- Self-motivated work ethic with ability to thrive in unsupervised night shift environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
