- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and our product portfolio to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
