What You'll Do
Our Sales Associates are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales initiatives and exceptional client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Present product demos and service offerings to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (evenings and nights).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
