Responsibilities
- Conduct high-energy, one-on-one sales consultations with prospective clients in a professional setting.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and close sales.
- Meet and consistently exceed nightly, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and resilience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
