Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads within the El Paso territory.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet aggressive monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful outside sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload.
- CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
