Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals effectively to meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development (candidates with a strong track record will also be considered).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ambition to succeed and a drive to earn a competitive commission structure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
