Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Sales Execution: Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and alignment on goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
