Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services, focusing on value-added benefits.
- Close sales and process transactions efficiently within the night shift window.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and client relationships.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
