Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and closing techniques.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, charismatic personality.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a hunger for financial success.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
