Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Charlotte metro area and bordering Virginia regions.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability while securing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development (1+ years preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel within NC and VA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve financial goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
