Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from the initial contact to contract negotiation and final signature.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within our CRM software.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Drive: A high level of motivation, self-discipline, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
