Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads and schedule appointments.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to recommend appropriate solutions and close sales.
- Manage a high volume of leads within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and target high-value demographics.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential client meetings).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
