Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer questions and close sales.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a pristine sales floor.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
