Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and process payments accurately.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to boost average transaction value.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
