Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Present products and services in a persuasive, professional manner that aligns with client needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles (experience in B2B or retail sales is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to earn a high income.
