Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through personalized customer engagement and product expertise
- Execute in-store visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and drive impulse purchases
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Attend weekly product training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience in retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient with POS systems (Square, Shopify, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
