Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Exceed daily sales targets by identifying customer needs and closing high-value transactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with night inventory team to maintain stock accuracy and store presentation
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and follow up on high-potential leads
- Participate in after-hours events and promotions to maximize store traffic and sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail or B2B sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in upselling techniques and objection resolution strategies
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential off-site sales activities
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
