Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas using consultative selling techniques
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce with accurate CRM data entry
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Adhere to compliance protocols and ethical sales standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Strong time management with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM MST)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
