Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Utilize product knowledge to educate customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, markdowns, and seasonal resets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
