Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
